District Councillor Report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The District Cllr was delayed and spoke following Minute no:2601\/149<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2601\/143&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><strong>Public Participation&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; No one wished to speak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2601\/144<\/strong><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To consider \u201cItems for information or inclusion on future agendas\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concerns were raised about an access road proposed by SWW, and concerns for traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2601\/145&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proposed: Cllr Crowther, Seconded: Cllr Bond (all in favour)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2601\/147<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><strong>To receive an update on Assertion 10 (SAPP 2025)<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Website and email compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current provider is confident that the website can be made compliant and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gov.uk emails supplied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was <strong>resolved <\/strong>to proceed with updating at a cost of \u00a310 plus VAT a year for the gov domain name, \u00a37 a month plus VAT for hosting (unchanged) and \u00a375 for work on the website,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Crown Estates<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Status of Chivenor Cross development: Community Hub and road surfacing<\/em><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members were advised that the queries have been passed to planning and&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; followed up but still no response received to date.
