Present: Cllrs Mrs J Elliott, S Crowther, M France, D Holt, J Turner
Apologies: Cllr Mrs Davis, Cllr Pru Maskell
In Attendance: Major Mark Woosey. M J Measures (Clerk to the Council)
- Election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman
Cllr Mrs Elliott was elected Chairman for the year 2021/22
Cllr S Crowther was elected Vice-Chairman for the year 2021/22
- Annual Report of the Chairman 2020/21
Cllr Mrs Elliott thanked Parish Councillors, County Councillor, District Councillor and the Clerk for their contributions and help over the last, difficult year.
- Annual Report of the Clerk to the Council 2020/21
A copy of the Report is attached to the Minutes.
- Standing Orders and Council Code of Conduct
These were confirmed for the year 2021/22.
The Clerk said the Standing Orders were written some time ago and may need up-dating. He will investigate and send copies of both to Members.

The following appointments were agreed:
Neighbourhood Plan: Cllr Crowther
Environmental Matters : Cllr Holt
Housing: Cllr Mrs Elliott
Website/Facebook/S106: Cllr Turner
Social Matters: Cllr France
